The Pittsburgh Society of Artists (PSA) welcomes regional artists to a new member screening Sunday March 16th, 2014. Pittsburgh Center for the Arts Simmons Hall 6300 Fifth Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15232 Drop off time: 12:30 to 1:00 PM and pick up from 3:00 to 4:00 PM Applicants must demonstrate consistent artistry, the most decisive factor in judging candidates for membership. Consistency is best demonstrated by submitting three works (2D or 3D) in the same medium. Both two or three-dimensional pieces are acceptable. PSA today consists of more than 300 artist members who live within a 150-mile radius of Pittsburgh and are creators who use all varieties of visual arts media. PSA was officially chartered in 1967.
