I went to check my oil and when I pulled the hood release the cable broke! I can not open the hood. The hood release mechanism is on top of the radiator and can not be reached from underneath. I have taken it to 3 mechanics and body shops without success. The only solutions so far are to cut a hole in the hood or release the hood supports near the windshield and bend the hood to reach the cable. Deep down I think there must be a better way. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. David
