Here are the details: Very nice, 2 bedroom duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floor on Penn Ave. Hardwood floors, dishwasher, laundry in basement, private entrance, parking. Updated kitchen and bath. Furnished. Your bedroom could be unfurnished if needed. 7-minute walk to Chatham Eastside shuttle stop. Easy access to Trader Joe's, East End Food Co-Op, 67, 69, 71C and 71D. Me: Female, MAT grad student, class in the evenings, works part-time during the day, non-smoker, very clean and organized, plays music occasionally, but quiet at night, respectful, has one dog, who is currently 1 year old friendly, and pretty well behaved. You: Male or female, non-smoker, clean and willing to keep common areas clean and also take turns with chores, respectful, relatively quiet and responsible enough to pay bills on time, have no pets. Cost: Est. $525-575 per month (this includes monthly utilities - gas,elec,internet), but negotiable as I'd be willing to give a discount (up to $100 off) if you'd help me take care of my dog (feed, walk, play with) when I wasn't home.
