Hello - my son & girlfriend currently live at 835 Farragut Street in a duplex (bottom floor). They recently bought a house in Turtle Creek and will be moving to their new home at the end of March. They are looking for someone to move into the apartment ASAP as the sooner they find someone, the sooner they can stop paying rent (PLUS a mortgage!). This is a 1-2 bedroom 1/2 duplex (depending on how you set up the apt). It has a large master bedroom w/ sunroom, a large LR/2nd BR, nice sized kitchen, office/LR area, nice fenced in yard and basement. They pay $625/mo + utilities. They have advised that the landlords have been great and have fixed anything they have needed and would have stayed longer if they wouldn't have found their house.
