[Highland Park] Gifts for our Seniors
CARING FOR OUR SENIORS Earl Parker with Twilight Wish Foundation will be our speaker at the Kiwanis of East Liberty meeting this Thursday, October 19 at 5:45 PM at the Union Project cafe. Everyone is invited to join us at the Union Station Cafe on the corner of Stanton and N. Negley Aves to learn about the mission of the Twilight Wish Foundation which is dedicated to enriching the lives of elders who have served others. Through wish granting and group celebrations they give our seniors unexpected "thank yous" for time devoted unselfishly to the welfare of their family, charitable organizations, and their communities. See: <http://www.twilightwishfoundation.org/> or contact Earl at <giftonnearl@verizon.net Twilight Wish Foundation grants simple wishes made by the women and men who paved the way for generations to follow - teachers, neighbors, civil servants, parents... The Kiwanis Club of East Liberty and Kiwanis International is dedicated to changing the world one child and one commmunity at a time. Through care for our elderly we can provide nourishment to the heart of our communitites.
