Dear Highland Park: The Pittsburgh Garbage Olympics calls on your participation! We're kicking off our 4th biannual clean-up on Saturday September 21st from 9 - 11 AM! Join neighbors, friends and family members to brighten up our streets and keep litter out of our waterways and sewers. We'll be "competing" against the other neighborhoods in the city to see who can clean-up the most garbage in the two hour time frame.
