Sure, the company would love to sell you flood insurance ... If you're a hundred yards from the reservoir, you might want to think about the possibility that the reservoir wall breaks on your side. If you live a dozen or more blocks south of the park, you *do not* need to worry. If you get wet, there is no chance that that company will still be solvent enough to pay you. regards, tom lane
