Hello, Escuelita is offering an exciting *volunteer opportunity* for someone to work with an experienced teacher in the classroom for two weeks in August. We are collaborating with the Latino Family Center to offer a Kindergarten readiness camp to Hispanic children in the Pittsburgh area to help them and their families with the transition to a new school environment. *Position Requirements:* - Must be fluent or highly proficient in Spanish - Must complete clearances (FBI Fingerprinting, Criminal Record & Child Abuse) by July 14th - Available during camp session: Monday-Thursday, August 3-6 & 10-13 - Experience working with children Those interested in this position should write a brief letter of interest and direct it to Ellen Tafel at admin@laescuelitapgh.org.
