Couch - folds out to make a twin size bed. Not super comfortable but it works if you need someplace for an extra person. Better than the floor! It’s in good condition but we do have cats so I will clean it well as I can. Fortunately it’s not one of the pieces of furniture they like to use as a scratching post. It’s about 74” long.
