Do you have a good stand, belt, or spiral mixer that you never use just taking up room in your kitchen or basement? I will buy it! I'm looking to upgrade from my entry-level Kitchenaid that is having trouble with lower hydration doughs. I thought I would ask here if anyone had one they might be willing to sell me before I go out and get one new. Specifically, I'm looking for something like a Kitchenaid Pro/commercial, a Bosch Universal Plus, an Ankarsrum, or similar. Also if you own any of these machines, but are not looking to sell, I'd love any sort of input (good or bad!) you might have about which one I should get. Thanks! Dana
