Here's my last email with the typo corrected: I've lowered the price! This doesn't fit under my very tiny table and the return postage on a 50-pound item is a killer. The base, designed to anchor a patio umbrella, is green; it's 20" in diameter; and the neck dimensions are 1.75" x 9" length (it will hold a standard 1.50 or 1.75" umbrella pole).
