Dear Highland Park: In celebration of Earth Day 2018, we're having the 1st annual neighborhood clean-up. Throughout the year, our streets become littered with bottles, cans, plastic, paper, and other items. With some teamwork, a little love for our planet, and a bit of hard work, we can brighten up our streets and keep litter out of our waterways and sewers. Or, if you're just looking to add some steps to your fitbit, meet some new friends / neighbors, or get involved in the community, join us rain or shine! In addition to our neighborhood volunteers, our fabulous neighborhood coffee shop, Tazza d'Oro, is sponsoring our neighborhood clean-up by providing all volunteers with a drink stop along our clean-up route!
