The HPCC has been requested to support a meeting to discuss the firing range and the attendant noise issues. There was a non-HPCC community meeting on May 25th on this issue. At the meeting, residents and police officers agreed to work together to advocate for a better situation.  In addition, the SWAT team asked the residents in attendance if they could use the firing range in the evening a certain number of times per quarter.  The residents felt that both of these issues were better discussed with a larger group of residents and/or the HPCC board.  We will be holding this meeting on Thursday, July 14th at 7 pm at St. Andrew's. We do not normally have an HPCC meeting in July, but there's a first time for everything! All are welcome to attend. Eric Randall, HPCC President
