This Tuesday, November 4, Foundational Yoga will be held in room 101 at the Nuin Center, 5655 Bryant St., Pgh. 15206 from 8 to 9 a.m. (voting will be in the conference center!) The class is focused on foundation, alignment, flexibility and strength. Cost is $15 per class, 4 classes for $48, 8 classes for $88. You are invited to join me Thursday 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. for Foundational Yoga at the Stephen Foster Community Center, 286 Main St 15201 in Lawrenceville, 3rd floor.
