Hi neighbors. The lovely puppy in the atached picture was running loose on Jackston St. this morning. This beautiful puppy approached me. She is very friendly but running around the neighborhood without tags. She has a pink collar. Running in the street in the area of 6500 Jackson. For her safety, I contacted Pittsburgh Animal Control to pick her up and take her to the East Liberty Dog Shelter on Hamilton. The Animal Control assured me it is a "no-kill" shelter.
