Dear Neighbors, Work opportunities are taking us out of state for the next couple of years, but we shall return, and in the interim, we're renting out our home. We are renting: 1) the first two floors - approx. 2500 sq. feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, two-car garage, front and back porches, back yard, basement has laundry, space for workshop and/or working out. 2) all three floors - total of 3700 sq. feet, additional 2 bedrooms, bath, living room, kitchen, stacked washer/dryer. As you all know, this is a wonderful area and community. If you know of anyone looking to try out the neighborhood before they buy, relocating, in need of a home while they renovate their own place, or interested for any other reason, we would greatly appreciate your passing this posting along.
