Dear all- The results are inconclusive. I didn't hear back from too many people, however I did learn that Green Light Wireless is a decent choice if you live south of Stanton Avenue (nearer to ELPC). One person mentioned that Earthlink is only mediocre, so he canceled his service with them. Unsatisfying to have to stick with Comcast or Verizon, but apparently there aren't many other options. If anyone's holding out on information, please do tell! Thank you, Jamie
