If you aren’t familiar with the Food Service Program at ECS, you should check it out. ECS has worked hard to integrate food education into the curriculum and is dedicated to providing freshly prepared lunches daily. We partner with local farms to provide fresh produce and have established many partnerships in the local restaurant community to assist in teaching our children about where their food comes from.
