His number is 412-279-9356. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I do rehabbing and have done floors myself in the past and have hired others. Mike is in a league of his own. He's fairly priced, does a very good job, has a good eye for detail, and doesn't hesitate to tell you if something isn't required. He is also unbelievably clean. If you're familiar with floor refinishing, you know that it generates incredible amounts of dust. Mike uses industrial vacuums attached to all his sanders and leaves no residue at all. We anticipated having to clean our house thoroughly when he was done. We started wiping walls and doors and windows and found nothing. We happily stopped and spend our time enjoying our new floors 8. We're having ours done, starting tomorrow, so I don't yet have first-hand experience. But the guy who's doing it comes highly recommended by someone who has had him work for her quite a bit.
