At 2:45 a.m. on Christmas morning we were awakened by a loud crash followed by shattering glass. Someone had hurled a brick through our front door, shattering the intricate beveled glass panel that is one aspect of our home we have always treasured. Who knows what incites people to such destructive acts? Our kind neighbor, Roger Laib, interrupted his Christmas cooking to come over and board up the door. He has a friend who works with stained glass and will inquire about possible repair/replacement of panels. In the meantime, if anyone else has experience or contacts with glass repair artisans please let us know. Clarke and Jean Thomas
