Hello all, You have always been so helpful in the past, so I thought you may have some suggestions for me. I have a 17 year old niece from Sweden who will come and visit with us for several weeks during the summer. She is going to agricultural school in Sweden, and works with horses and other animals. She would very much like to do some volunteer work with animals while she is here. She was also very interested in Pittsburgh Zoo program, but when I checked their volunteer summer youth program has already filled up. I spoke with a local shelter for dogs/cats and they always need volunteers, but I would really like to find something with horses if at all possible. Does anyone know of any horse farms/stables nearby? Do you know of any other volunteer opportunity working with animals? Thanks!
