Oh, that is too funny that you have found yourself on an event committee for an event at the Sewickley Country Club focused on British Royals! Here is the sponsorship letter we are sending out about this summer's fundraiser for Nine Mile Run, which should give you a feel for it (skip to the second page). Hope you can come - I think you were out of town or something last year! If you are interested in an event committee for your resume, we are seriously still looking for committee members and would love to have you join us. We'll be meeting again in mid-march and the committee is a small group but a nice mix of folks in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50+. But I also understand that you might just prefer to hide from any committee endeavors for now! Do plan to come this year - it is going to be on July 23 (a saturday). Sorry to miss this weekend but we'll catch up soon - maybe lunch the week after next (week of the 14th)? Oh, I checked and the Attack Theatre Dirty Ball falls on the weekend right around our birthdays - May 7th - so we HAVE to go!
