On Sunday, April 3, 2011, A couple was walking their dog a beagle color (brown & black and white) around 11:30am or 12:00pm on Jackson St. and Samantha Way the dog went in the yard and the neither one of them cleaned up the mess please if you going to walk your dog clean up after it. Not everyone wants to step in dog mess.
