[Highland Park] Great Morningside Cafe
I had a wonderful experience at the new Morning Glory cafe in Morningside: http://www.secreteye.org/m/ Very clean, you can see at the link above more about it. The sign is a bit hard to see but it is worth finding this place! Jessica Miller
I go to the Morning Glory every Wed. after my volunteer activity at St. Raphaels after-school program. It is a lovely little oasis from the cold, snowy streets: warm and inviting and quiet. Good luck to them and to the other new things planned for Morningside. I agree with the several recent articles in the Post Gazette about this tidy, attractive, up and coming neighborhood. Hats off to Morningside. -- On Sat, 10 Jan 2009, Jessica Miller wrote:

Dear Neighbors, For a family history project, I've gotten all of our Super 8mm and 8mm films transferred to Mini DV tapes. I'd like to make DVDs which are easier to view, but in order to do so, I need a Mini DV Camcorder so that I can transfer the files from the DV tapes to my Mac. I don't have a camcorder, and they are quite expensive to buy.. so I'm wondering.. Would anyone have a Mini DV camcorder that they'd be willing to let me use for this purpose? I have a Mac laptop, so I am portable. Thank you. -Jamie Jamie Phillips North Euclid EMAILING FOR THE GREATER GOOD Join me Date: Sat, 10 Jan 2009 14:35:05 -0800 From: kekikamiller@yahoo.com To: neighborhood@highlandparkpa.com Subject: [Highland Park] Great Morningside Cafe I had a wonderful experience at the new Morning Glory cafe in Morningside: http://www.secreteye.org/m/ Very clean, you can see at the link above more about it.
