Incidents and arrests from Highland Park include: 4/15/17 at 8:49 AM – Negley Run Blvd & Washington Blvd (Highland Park): Zone 5 Officer Aaron Spangler was on patrol when the observed a female urinating on a tree along Negley Run Blvd. The female was identified as Leslie Stark, 35, of Highland Park. Stark was checked and found to have a warrant out for her arrest. Further, she was in possession of (14) stamp bags of heroin as well as marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Stark was arrested. If you or someone you know are the victim of a crime, we need to know about it! This week we were informed of thefts and vandalism in two different neighborhoods where victims posted the details of the crimes on community websites or social media, but never called 911. Sites like NextDoor are a great way to share information between neighbors, but they are not a substitute for calling 911 to make a police report.
