Hi neighbors: for those following the saga of our basement, it did not end happily. The basement is now dry, thanks to a terrific plumber who fixed the sub-par job the waterproofing company we originally hired did. That company had crews who didn't know what they were doing and cut corners (literally) all over the place, and our basement still leaked even after they tried to fix the problems I, a layperson, saw. I Hoping to save folks headaches and a visit to the magistrate. Will supply name on backchannel. Joy
