Hi neighbors! We extracted honey last weekend and I have it for sale. If you are interested, please text me rather than responding to this email. We will do a no contact pick up from my steps. I can take cash, Venmo or PayPal. I have 2 lb ($25), 1 lb ($14) jars of fall (dark) honey, and a limited number of 1/2 lb ($8) jars of spring (light) honey. All came off the hives in my yard last weekend. The bees forage anything blooming within a couple miles of my house. It is removed from the comb by centrifuge and sent through a couple screens to filter out wax bits, then put in jars. The color difference is from what the bees are foraging at diff ent times of year and affects the taste of the honey. It’s subtle but you can taste it.
