We found a cell phone submerged in water in the gutter on the east side of Highland Avenue after last evening's Reservoir of Jazz concert in the park. We brought it home to dry out and it seems to be working intermittently. (Still drying out.) If you lost a cell phone, identify it and it's yours again. Lori Kasenter
