hutch unit design to sit on base cabinet unit was installed 1915( 104 years old ) was restored, all paint was removed and the unit as shown has a primmer coat all hardware is original size 48" wide?? x 56"?? high x 12" deep see attached pictures asking $300 Thanks Dave
