Over the past week or so, I've twice found used condoms in front of our house at 5802 Jackson St. I suspect that these were dropped from cars that sometimes pull over in this spot, and may relate to prostitution activity. What's especially disturbing is the thought that little children might play with these items, thinking they were balloons. We will be installing better security lighting in this location soon.
