Beware of UCube Storage on Hamilton Street, East Liberty. While I was backing in, the massive garage door at the loading dock slammed into my car doing extensive damage. The door is timed to shut but there are no lights or horn or anything to tell you that you’ve timed out. The heavy traffic at that corner makes it almost impossible to act quickly. The leasing manager told me “its best to to back in” since you are closer to the dock. UCube says it’s my mistake and my problem. Diane Matway
