My husband's colleague is doing this research, so I thought I would share it with the women of Highland Park. Please consider joining them — even if you have no modeling experience. They are especially interested in the 30-35 year old age group. Here's their info: We are a group of researchers from Carnegie Mellon University. We are conducting a research study to understand the effect of diversity of model sizes on purchase decisions. Looking for amateur female models of size 0-4, 8-12, and 16+ for a photoshoot. Please contact cmu.fashion.study@gmail.com with some sample photos. We will do about 4-5 hours of the photoshoot in Pittsburgh during May. Hair, makeup, styling, clothes on us. This is a TFP gig with a professional photographer and we will offer a choice of photos for your portfolio/personal use. We will require you to sign a release for the photos to be used on our partner website. By participating in this study, you will be contributing to an important research study which will hopefully create awareness about the business value of inclusivity in models.
