We all love our neighborhood pools, and we've already started to receive pleas from various neighborhoods to open their pools this year. Our ability to open each pool will be directly related to our success in recruiting lifeguards. The city has increased lifeguard wages this year as part of this effort; wages will range between $16 - $18.50/ hour.
