Hello Highland Park neighbors! We have openings for our mat Pilates classes at Golden Thread Studio in East Liberty. Current classes are Monday at Thursday at 6:30am, and if there is interested on Friday at 5pm (this could move to 5:30 if 5pm is too tight with leaving work and all). Classes are especially geared towards beginners and those looking for in dept explanation of the exercises, but if there is interest we could add more advanced classes to the schedule. Each session lasts 5 weeks and costs $75 (or $20/class as a drop in). Classes are limited to 6 people maximum, so you can get lots of personalized attention. We're located right on Penn Circle above Vanilla Cupcakes and in addition to mat Pilates the studio also teaches Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis.
