The January 05 "First Thursday at St. Andrew's" Evensong falls on the Feast of the Epiphany this year, Thursday, January 6, at 8 p.m. The service this month will be Orlando Gibbons, Short Service, with the anthem "Saw You Never in the Twilight," by Harold Friedell. In Recital will be Paula Tuttle, cello. Ms. Tuttle plays with the Pittsburgh Opera Orchestra and the Pittsburgh Ballet Orchestra at the Benedum,teaches at Carnegie Mellon, the University of Pittsburgh, and Slippery Rock University, and has performed widely both in the U.S. and Europe. A dessert reception will follow.
