Interested in taking a free yoga class? Please join me and other fellow yoga students Wednesday evenings at 7pm in the courtyard of The Highland Park Club apartments. This is an all levels class, focusing on a nice mix of challenging and restorative poses. Please bring your own mat. If it’s raining, meet me at the entrance to building 1043 where there is a lovely room that’s a perfect spot for an evening practice. I’m a 200 hour trained yoga teacher. I love teaching yoga so much. I love helping people find their own personal strength and stability.....and yoga just feels so good!
