The Marketing and Donor Manager (MDM) will oversee all aspects of marketing and communications (direct mail, content creation, calls to action, etc.) and will also manage individual donors and assist with corporate sponsorship strategy. The MDM is an essential part of the Union Project team, connecting UP and the community, building and strengthening relationships, and supporting program growth and UP’s brand. The MDM also assists with aspects of program development from the creation and marketing of the program, to executing and documenting it. The MDM helps to meet the organizational goals directed by the Capitalization Plan and fiscal year budget.
