Hi, I am hoping that one of my HP neighbors is in position to step forward and foster a Special Needs pure bred Cairn terrier. He has just been diagnosed as being diabetic and would probably need an insulin injection once a day but maybe more. He is 8yo and the sweetest little boy. He weighs 20.6 lbs and loves people and children. He also seems to get along well with other dogs. He is a really special boy who was relinquished for adoption because his owners are ill and they felt they were not giving him the attention that he needed and wanted.
