Neighbors, The Highland Park Neighborhood email list currently runs in a data center in Newark, NJ. If that data center loses power due to the hurricane the list will be unavailable. I hope there is no outage, but I wanted to let you know in advance since if the server does go down it would be a little difficult to get a message out. Right now Newark has a high wind warning in effect from 6 am Monday to 6 pm Tuesday. Power outages are expected and could last a couple of days. Any data center will have generator power but since the storm is expected to cause a lot of damage, an outage seems possible. We're supposed to have high winds from noon Monday to noon Tuesday so it's time to batten the hatches here too. Stay safe, Rudy
