You can purchase this title through a great out-of-print service on the Web called Abebooks. They bring together bookstores from around the world. Locally you have 3 choices: 1. The East Liberty branch of the Carnegie has 2 copies in the Non-Fiction Collection: q F159.P6 C7. They also have a copy in their Reference collection that they may let you use in the library only. The Main Branch of the CLP also has it in Reference, rq F159.P6 C7. 2. UPitt has a copy at Hillman Library but it's currently overdue (due back on the 11th). You'd have to find someone at Pitt who would check it out for you: F159.P6 C7. 3.
