Tamiah will motivate you to swing those hips and burn those calories. 6:30 Hoop Union - $5 adults; $2.50 kids Located in the Great Hall Stefanie Zito is another long time teacher here at Union Project and she will have you hoopin' it up in no time. A great core muscle workout without even thinking about it. 7:30 Pay what you can yoga - $10 or whatever you can afford to pay Located in the Atrium For 6 years, union Project has made a home for this yoga class. Come find your inner balance with Julie Menge, a certified instructor who has led this popular class for the past two years. (You can also find her at Yoga Hive on Penn Ave!) 7:30 Juggling and Yo-yo - $5 Located in the Great Hall Join Mike Perry and Mark Hayward of the Pittsburgh Show Offs for an evening of fun and games while they crack jokes and unveil the mysteries of juggling and yo yo tricks. You'll be up on your feet, improving eye/hand coordination and developing problem solving and critical thinking skills. A wonderful activity for the whole family. 6:00 - 9:00 Ceramics Open Studio - $10/hr Located in the Basement The most fun you'll have getting your hands dirty! Let those creative juices flow! For $10 /hr you get clay, use of tools and equipment, glazing and firing. It is recommended that you have at least some previous experience. Remember that course you took in high school? That'll do! Open Studio is monitored by our Ceramics Co op members and light instruction is available. Must be at least 16 yrs or older. So come on down to Union Project tomorrow and join the fun.
