Many thanks to all of the generous neighbors (and HP wannabes) who responded to my request for a monitor! I've got one, and the computer will be set up this afternoon. If you find yourself still sitting with computer equipment you can't use, the Goodwill computer center on E Carson (near SSide works) happily takes your castoffs, and it's tax deductible.
