My wonderful physical therapist will be taking a new job and will be unavailable for rehab for my second knee surgery in January. I am in need of a physical therapist who does home visits who is also knowledgeable about myofascial trigger points. I would like to find someone who could minimize the aggravation of the existing trigger points and avoid creating new ones. If they are also capable of treating trigger points, that would be even better. And if they are willing to continue home visits after the first two weeks, that would be "gravy". I would like to avoid the "big barn" settings where you don't get much individual attention. I have Medicare, so network is generally not an issue. Thanks for your input.
