The yard sale is on Sunday and I am requesting volunteers to hand out map listings at strategic points around Highland Park. The visitors to the neighborhood are fun to watch and are appreciative of the free map. Posts are staffed in two-hour shifts between 9am and 1pm. There are four posts at Highland & Stanton, Negley & Hampton, Highland & Bryant, and Bunkerhill & North Saint Clair. I will provide a certificate of appreciation for children and students who volunteer for the event. This is a good opportunity for parent/child public service. Please consider volunteering.
