[Highland Park] New Parking Authority "pay by license plate" meters
You may have heard that the Pittsburgh Parking Authority will be replacing some coin-only meters with multi-space machines by the end of this summer. The first wave of new meters will by placed in areas with more expensive parking, such as Downtown and Oakland. Attached to this email, please find a press release from the contractor selected to implement the change as well as a brochure with a simplified explanation of how the new machines will work.
