Hello neighbors, I am getting a head start looking for a new apartment when my lease is up this summer and hoped you might be able to help. I am a young professional searching for a 1+ bedroom unfurnished apartment for $800 or under that allows 1-2 small pets with a rental start date anywhere between July 1 & Aug. 1. The location does not necessarily have to be Highland Park as long as it’s in the general area and comparable in atmosphere (HP, Shadyside, Sq. Hill, Lawrenceville, Regent Square, etc.). I would like to find something with a nice homey feel somewhat away from the major bars and student crowd. If you will be moving out of an apartment, own properties, or have tips for my search, any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
