[Highland Park] ISO help managing rental units
I am in search of someone to help manage my four rental units. I have begun to travel frequently for my regular job, making it difficult for me to manage by myself. The job entails: -Performing routine & seasonal maintenance (~2hr/month) on the properties and be the primary emergency contact for my tenants. I would pay a fixed monthly amount for this. -In the case of an emergency, the person would fix the problem or coordinate subs to do it (I would pay hourly for this work). -Performing odd-jobs at an hourly rate, such as updating properties after a tenant vacates, etc. The units are convenient to HP (Bloomfield, East-liberty, Lawrenceville).
