Come and be a listener! Listen to your friends, your neighbors, or just someone interesting in your community. The American Friends Service Committee PA (a peace and justice organization) will be conducting a listening project in East Liberty, Larimer, and Highland Park to enable people to know each other a little better and to bring together the community. We hope to use the findings in the fall and spring when we work with youth to create a project that helps to bring positive change to our community. To prepare people for listening we will conduct our first listening training on August 5th from 2-4:30pm. Other training dates will be available. Interested?
