Hello, Neighbors. This week, Highland Park will have a new resident, Sayed, a 28-year-old former soldier in the Afghan army. Sayed has been under the wing of HP resident Elisabeth Larman, who has worked to move Sayed from a dangerous apartment building in McKees Rocks into safe quarters here in our own neighborhood. Sayed has secured employment at All Foreign Auto Parts but he will need to get his own tools to succeed in his new job. The move to HP and the need for tools present a financial challenge for Sayed, who has already been through so much.
