Hi, all - I tried to get my gutters cleaned by Pittsburgh Gutter Cleaners. After a promising and speedy email response, they fell apart. I was delayed three times, multiple emails went unanswered, then a month after the initial communication, a pair of subcontracted home remodelers showed up at my house with a ladder saying that the company asked them to do the gutters, and they aren't even professional gutter cleaners. I asked them how they expected to do something that wasn't their job, and they agreed with me (!?). They also could not provide proof of being licensed, bonded, and insured. Needless to say, I sent them packing. I emailed my great dissatisfaction to the contact people at the company five days ago and warned them that lousy customer service gets bad reviews on the HP list. I have yet to hear back from them. In short? They get a big ol' thumbs down. And if you're looking for workers, make sure they are licensed, bonded, and insured. Especially if they're on big ladders.....
